Broken Pipe in a Largo Condo Leads to Water Damage

The leak from a broken pipe caused cascading water and other adverse effects in this Largo condo unit. The finished materials in this bathroom required a controlled demolition to dry the wall cavity after the leak was repaired. The Before Photo illustrates the neat tear-out performed by our SERVPRO crew. The flood-cut allows for precise installation of new drywall material after we have completed the drying of the interior wall panel and studs. Since the vanity cabinet was not salvageable, our customer decided to remodel the bathroom, and the finished result is depicted in the After Photo.
